We collect only the information you give us and minimal technical data needed to run the Site.

- Lead form submissions: business name, business type, email, phone (optional), city, state, preferred package, and optional content shortcuts (Google Maps link, existing website, social handles, notes).
- Email correspondence sent to support@uselocalframe.com.
Automatically collected:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless): aggregated page views, referrers, country, browser. No individual tracking.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection): challenge metadata, IP address. Used only to verify you're human; not stored long-term.
- Standard server logs from Cloudflare Workers (timestamp, request path, response code).
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising tools.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Build and deliver your demo within 24 hours.
- Communicate with you about your demo, account, billing, and support requests.
- Improve the Site and our service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
3. Third-party services we use
- Cloudflare (Workers, Web Analytics, Turnstile): hosts and protects the Site.
- Resend: delivers transactional emails (demo notifications, account messages).
- Stripe (when payments are added): processes payments. Card data is handled by Stripe, never stored on our servers.
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
4. Data retention
- Lead submissions: kept for as long as you remain a customer or active prospect; deleted on request.
- Server logs: typically retained for 30 days, then purged.
- Email correspondence: retained for as long as needed to provide support.
5. Your rights
You can request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (subject to legal/accounting retention requirements).
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format.

6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted secrets, edge-runtime isolation, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep our attack surface small.

Our service is built for business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
